WHO DO WE WORK WITH?

We work with the wider community members who urgently require support in a variety of areas.

The underserved, underprivileged, those suffering from physical and mental health, regardless of age, gender, orientation, cultural background, or those going through rehabilitation programs, probation, and criminal justice.

All of our activities, courses, and support training programs have the power and ability to influence positive behavior change resulting in beneficial healthy lifestyle changes

WHAT ACTIVITIES DO WE OFFER?

Activities to achieve health and reach potential – Learning through fun activities and education

We engage and inspire individuals groups, youths and struggling families, of (all ages and abilities regardless) by encouraging them to take part in our exciting range of outdoor and indoor activities. The emphasis is always on fun.

We cater for all participant’s needs and preferred activities, ages, and abilities, (apply for one of our activity time-tables)

OUR MENTOR TEAM LEADERS

All of our activities are led by qualified industry-experienced practitioners. All our sessions are linked without like-minded partners, the wider community members, community centers, schools, colleges, sports, and charities. First and foremost all our participants are made to feel welcomed and valued. We ensure we offer a safe therapeutic womb, where all involved feel safe and cared for.

COMMUNITY MEMBERS PARTICIPANT COLLABORATION

Participant collaboration and social networking are highly important when working in groups together on a project or activity, specifically when working with vulnerable groups. The process of sharing ideas and stories in a safe environment delivers highly positive results.

FIRST STEP – WE ENGAGE & INSPIRE

Our first objective is to engage and inspire groups and individuals to embrace positive change, followed by giving participants the tools and techniques to develop the confidence to grow and develop in order to launch them into areas in which they wish to investigate and succeed to reach their potential.

We deliver and facilitate a variety of training courses and packages, vocational courses, Clinical Nutritional mental well-being addiction programs, basic skills programs, Somatic therapy courses, communication confidence  Courses, and foundational and level 2 upwards accredited courses.

IMPROVE HEALTH & WELLBEING

We encourage all participants to take steps to review and assess  Arrange a collaborative meeting to learn more about each other’s services and how they’d like to receive referrals.
